Royal Mail usually ships between 2-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

We use Royal Mail and local mail services in other countries for international shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

Countries within the EU

approximately 5-14 days.

EMEA, Southeast Asia

approximately 14-25 days.

India

Due to unreliable local services, unfortunately, we are unable to estimate delivery times.

For orders to India, please feel free to contact local mail for tracking.

IMPORT TAX & DUTIES

Some countries may require import tax, duties, and related Customs fees. Please note that this additional cost is not covered in your Skech payment. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

FAQs

All orders placed will be processed within 3 business days. However, we do our best to process all orders within 24 hours on business days. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Due to increased order volume, orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and holidays may take additional processing time. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
