Shipping policy
Once an order has been submitted, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our regular shipping and order processing days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
Upon order submission, the customer will receive an e-mail notification to view the order status. Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email containing tracking information.
All orders are shipped from the SKECH Distribution Centers, On all international orders customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
Customer assumes responsibility for orders returned due to incorrect/missing address information, or any fees related to customs or importing. SKECH is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
